    • STEP 01

      Discharge decision

      If the attending physician make the discharge decision, you will be notified of the decision by a nurse.

    • STEP 02

      Discharge review

      The review department reviews the medical expenses.
      After the discharge review is completed, the administrative team will inform you of the payment you need to make through the contact number registered at the International Healthcare Center.

    • STEP 03

      Payment of medical expenses

      Make a payment of your medical expenses at the admission and discharge window on the 1st floor.
      Make an appointment for the next outpatient department visit. Receive the documents requested in advance.

    • STEP 04

      Discharge information

      At the ward, a nurse will give you a detailed instruction on discharge medication and precautions after discharge.

    • STEP 05

      Leaving

      Make sure you take all your belongings with you when discharge home.

    • Regular discharge: Make a payment at the admission and discharge window on the 1st floor / Provisional discharge (night time and holidays): Make a payment at the emergency administrative window on the 1st floor
    • In case of provisional discharge, the patient's final fee may change following the review of medical expenses during business days. So, please re-visit the hospital during weekdays for the differences.
    • You can apply for the medical records at the nurse station in the ward with your alien registration card and passport 2-3 days before discharge.
    • Please pick up the medical records you have applied after making a payment at the certificate window on the 1st floor.
