Precautions
  • The outpatient department may be closed or the registration may close early depending on the situation of the medical department or the number of patients.
  • For the first-time visit patient for medical consultation here (including reservations), please bring your alien registration card and passport to the International Healthcare Center.
  • For returning patients, please register at the International Healthcare Center administration office and wait at the outpatient department
  • For patients who made reservation, please register yourself using arrival reception machine in front of each outpatient department and wait at the department

Payment information

  • For payment of medical expenses, you can use the hospital administration office on each floor or the auto pay station.
  • If there is a prescription for medicines, examinations, treatments, etc., please pay the medical expenses first and then proceed according to the instruction.

Auto pay station guide (including receipt/prescription printing)

  • It’s faster and more convenient using auto pay station to make a payment.
  • Credit cards are available. * For cash payment, please use the hospital administration office.
  • If you need help while using the auto pay station or want to cancel after payment, please contact the nearest staff at the hospital administration office .
  • After receiving the receipt and prescription, please visit the pharmacy near the hospital and submit the prescription.
