- Medical reservation
- We are responsible for reservations and consultations for patients requested by hospitals and clinics, and for emergency patient requests.

- Sending treatment results
- We promptly send the requested patient's treatment progress, test results, and future treatment plan to the requesting doctor, only if the patient agrees.

- Referral and re-request
- If the patient needs follow-up treatment after the proper treatment is completed, we provide consultation to the patient and their guardian for possible link to a medical institution that can provide outpatient and inpatient treatment.
